The aromas are brooding with complex notes of pepper, liquorice, perfume and black cherries. The palate entry is quite dense with lavender and dark berry fruit. The finish is dry with well spread tannins ending with savoury and currant flavours.
The wine has a deep, dark purple colour with prominent dark fruit, red berry and ripe cherry flavours, followed by seductive spice and violet nuances. The pallet is textured and full-bodied with plush fruit and wild scrub notes, capsuled in silky tannins ending in a long finish.
Complex dark chocolate, black cherry and cassis intertwine with opulent blackberry fruit, and hints of mint and toasty vanilla. This is a big mouthfilling wine, with densely layered ripe tannins, beautifully balanced and refined – the ultimate expression of the Jordan terroir. 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 44% Merlot and 12% Cabernet Franc.

The character is somewhat 'wild' a little brambly with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, dark spices, with vanilla scents and a distinct, concentrated red-fruit focus. Great for laying down and keeping for at least ten years but already rewarding if allowed to breathe in a decanter.
Lovely flavours of cherry and raspberry are supported by beautifully integrated tannins. Dark chocolate and Christmas cake characteristics are also prevalent. This wine shows great structure and balance and offers beautiful complexity.
The Series C style is that of a firm, powerful and concentrated wine, rich in fruit at release and blended for long aging. Its Cabernet comes from our most potent blocks of Cabernet, its Merlot component gives it a velvety texture, and Cabernet Franc, hints of violet flowers and elegance.
The bouquet lures the sense into sheer pleasure with a fine balance of perfume, cured meats, soy sauce and blackberry notes. Full bodied and opulent, the blend of Bordeaux varieties is perfectly ripe and well poised, offering succulence and texture.

The combination of a good vintage and 48 months of wood maturation has produced a wine with exceptional depth, complexity and personality. The intensely distinctive nose shows rose petal perfume with black berry and mulberry fruit, as well as cinnamon and black pepper spice.
Coffee and dark chocolate aromas are dominant with hints of sweet vanilla. Well integrated tannins give a full mouth feel with a lingering finish. A powerful wine offering great intensity and length.
